Me and my partner have a question regarding choosing our companies structure in the NL.
Our company will focus on services which include the following: academic writing services, consulting for new students coming in the Netherlands, and we will have a platform that will allow students to exchange their university notes.
We have narrowed down our choices into three strucutres: Professional Partnership (VOF), Private Limited Company (bv), and General Partnership (vof).
Which one do you think it's the most suitable for non dutch residents (students), with little capital, and less than 150k profit per year?
Can't wait for your responses! Thank you in advance!!
