Beste mensen,
Ik moet dit even delen. Ik werk al jaren met outlook, inmiddels met business contact manager geintegreerd voor crm. Op zich werkt deze oplossing goed, maar als ik een specifiek bericht in m'n aanzienlijke archief (+/- 30.000 emails) nodig heb werkt outlook verschrikkelijk.
De oplossing: neo pro http://www.emailorganizer.com/. Je draait het naast Outlook, Outlook stored gewoon je berichten, stuurt je virusscanner aan, etc, alleen verder gebruik je het niet meer. Je hebt geen losse folders, mailrules, etcetera nodig. Neo indexeert je outlook mailfolders, en sorteert/categoriseert het zooitje automatisch en snel op contact, datum, type attachment, category, status, etcetera. Verder een supersnelle zoekfunctie die daadwerkelijk vindt wat je zoekt.
Installeer de trial, volg goed de aanwijzingen en instructies. En bekijk in iedergeval de introductie tutorial die wordt aanbevolen.
Voor mensen die na een paar dagen de trial gebruikt hebben en overtuigd zijn, heb ik 5 gratis licenties beschikbaar. En nee, ik heb niets te maken met NEO, maar heb meegewerkt aan hun laatste betatest, zodoende.
Nog een extra stukje over de functies/werkwijze plak ik hieronder.

I’ve written elsewhere about the future of search engines. Since the mid-1980’s, I have been predicting the emergence of a new class of networked applications built on the foundation of search engine technology and indexing across disparate data sources coupled with user specific preferences and authentication. I believe search engine technologies will morph into the background and become a universal glue which ties together disparate data elements, allowing a new calss of applications to be built. We are all familiar with the simple search interface: I’m looking for something, I search, I find. But that’s just one application. What if your applications have already indexed all of these combinations for your and your needs and you nolonger see a search interface but an application that doesn’t even seem to have anything to do with searching?
